JEEP WRANGLER
Deep In Sound
When Chrysler made the decision to produce the Wrangler through their Jeep division, it was well received by the automotive community as the Jeep already had a respectable reputation, especially their invaluable contribution during World War 2, through their Civilian Jeep (CV) compact four wheel drive vehicle. The Jeep is renowned to be user friendly, tough and easy to maintain, and the popular YJ series was first built in 1988 at their factory in Ontario, Canada. This model gave a fresh breath of air in the 4x4 industry which at the time has broken the domination of Toyota in this segment.
Jeep came with a very special name, which is at par with the Range Rover and is marketed as an all-American icon. This macho image made the Jeep Wrangler very popular, till it was replaced with a new model in 2008. In our country, the Wrangler YJ is the most popular model and is easily recognizable via the square front headlights and the trademark vertical grill which make a Jeep, well, a Jeep.
