What we have here is a Kia Spectra, a mid size saloon that is gradually being accepted by Malaysian consumers due to its economical pricing (in its segment) and stylish design (to each his own). If you are one that is into sheer performance, then this is definitely not the car for you as it does lack in this department and as for upgrading potential, it is limited.

The owner of this featured Kia Spectra is one of those who are not into performance but is one that had purchase the Spectra as he deemed that it was a suitable platform for audio upgrading. The car might look like a sedan but is actually a 5 door hatchback whereby the tailgate can be lifted’ and is the main advantage when blasting the audio system in a car park area during competition. With the tailgate open both the bass blasted from the woofer and sound staging from the cockpit area can truly be heard, unlike those of a four door saloon car.
